URL:  JIRA VWR-2633 (Groups missing in Contacts/Group list)

If you’ve ever noticed that your Contacts/Group page seems to be missing a group and you’re sure you’re still in it, this might be your problem.  Please go vote for it if you’ve experienced this.

I am in a group that I just joined only a few days ago.  I went to look at it in my Groups list (you know, the one you get if you hit control-H, click to Contacts tab, then Groups) and it was missing.  My first thought was oh crap, did I get booted haha.

I click someone elses profile that I know full well is in the group, and then the group info from there and sure enough there’s my name and I’m online haha.  Then (duh, I should have done this first) I check my own profile and yup, there it is!

So check your profiles against your Contacts/Group list and see.

The problem seems to arise when you’re in a group but the tag you’re given to use has no roles set.

If you’re having the problem, please.. please.. go vote, add your own experience too if you want.  Hopefully they can get this fixed soon.

I think, and I’m not sure.. but I think it shows me in 22 groups when I’m only in 23 at the moment.
